Sharing resources to guide you through overwhelming emotions and situations
When we’re feeling overwhelmed, it can be hard to be present in what we’re doing. Content for Thought shares strategies and insights from modern psychology, Eastern philosophy, and spirituality, to help you move through these moments and return to centre.
But it’s not just for challenging moments. It’s important to check in with yourself regularly, so that you can nurture emotional balance over time.
Each post encourages self-reflection, often through a simple question, to help you reflect on patterns of thought that might be holding you back, and work on replacing them with long-lasting, healthier ones that support your wellbeing.
Challenges will come and go, but with consistent practice, we can find healthy ways to manage challenges — and perhaps see them differently.
My journey working in the mental health space began with the shifts I made in my own life to manage personal struggles.

On the surface, I seemed fine, but internally, there was a build-up of tense emotions that I wasn’t fully processing.
Building a healthy relationship with my thoughts has come with consistent practice and proactivity. My journey inspired me to start Content for Thought, so I could share strategies to help others improve their mental health, too — in a way that feels accessible and not overwhelming.
